In addition to the studios, artists have access to practical, modern common areas. Each floor has sinks and wash tubs to make your work easier. An industrial freight elevator and loading dock make it easy to move materials efficiently. Our facilities also include two shared kitchens, showers and an artists' lounge on the ground floor for when you want to relax and connect with other artists.
